Collage madness
This collage card was also inspired from the Creative Cardmaking magazine I bought today. I had lots of fun cutting up the squares (they are 2.5cm square) and sticking them onto a piece of Whisper White, then edging with black ink and applying to a Basic Black card front. The flowers and wording are rub-ons.
All supplies are Stampin’ Up unless stated.
Cardstock: Whisper White, Basic Black
Paper: Designer Series Paper Fall Flowers
Ink: Basic Black
Other: Word Window punch, A Perfect Day rub-ons, Eastern Elegance rub-ons, crystal brad for centre from Pretties Kit, stick-on rhinestones (non-SU)
Hope you like it!
Cheers,
Lovely as a Tree
Finally, this weekend (long weekend here in Australia for Australia Day celebrations) I get to sit down and make some cards. First one on display is my attempt at a man’s card. I hate making masculine cards, but I was inspired today from a card in this month’s “Creative Cardmaking 2009 Annual” magazine. This is my take on a card on Page 22.
All products used as from Stampin’ Up unless otherwise stated
Stamps: Lovely as a Tree, Paisley
Cardstock: Very Vanilla, Choc Chip, Brocade Blue, Basic Black
Ink: Choc Chip, Brocade Blue, Really Rust
Other: sponges, brayer, black gingham ribbon, vintage brads, stampin’ dimensionals, Marvy round scallop punch
Hope you like it. More to come soon.
Cheers,
